"The staff couldn't be nicer when they are signing you up. That's how sales works. Once it's time to part ways you will see their true nature. Unfortunately, State Farm makes you speak with their Agent regarding everything policy related so if you have an unresponsive or incapable agent (such as this one) you're stuck wasting your time trying to get anything resolved. I had the customer service @ State Farm message this agent multiple times regarding questions about my policy and eventually my cancellation/refund owed...crickets...no surprises. That's how they roll. If you want State Farm, I wouldn't recommend this location. -Added pic since they want to pretend they were not my agent. I guess that's one way to redirect. lol."

"Back to my original review, I deleted it because I got a call from the owner if I can change it, but Crystal is rude And I would not recommend working with her! If it is recommended to use the State Farm app in the billing is stating one thing, but you are saying another thing and then her attitude is nasty when trying to explain something! Been with this company for a few years and now I’m just going to switch over because I cannot deal with her attitude anytime with calling the office!"

Our staff is well trained on how to handle specific situations like this where a bill is higher due to situations that are controlled by State Farm Corporate, not within my agency or by my team directly. I wish there was more we could do to help with pricing but unfortunately, the insurance industry is controlled completely by factors outside of my office and rules made by the carrier. When I called you last time due to your last negative review, it was to explain that we needed to get you back on track with your State Farm payments to keep you insured. "I have been a loyal State Farm Insurance holder for at least 14 years. It wasn’t until this past year that when I truly needed their help, I was left high and dry. My insurance disaster all started in May 2024 and has still has never been resolved (now January 2025). In that time I have filed two claims that have since both been denied. The tornado in May 2024 damaged my roof and after my claim was denied, Hurricane Beryl escalated the damages even further resulting in internal water damage and a roof in even worse condition. It was not a case of patching up one or two spots on my roof, it needed to be replaced as there were over 20+ spots where damage was found. I even went as far as to get over three different roofing companies come out to assess the damage. They all came back with the conclusion that a roof replacement was the only way to ensure the roof was safe from further damage. According to the adjuster that came out to review my second claim, my roof was simply a case of wear and tear, and a replacement would not be covered. It was ridiculous. I had literal holes in my roof (see pictures) and for insurance adjuster to write it off as such was disgusting. During this time my Hank Chol and his team were non-existent. They would not return an of my phone calls or messages. I would call and text them multiple times to try and get answers on what exactly was happening and to see what they were doing to help me. All I would call get is the run around from the receptionist that “they were in a meeting and would call me back”. I never received a call back. This spoke volumes. The only way I got a call back was to threaten to call everyday until someone spoke to me. State Farm denying my claims only worsened my roofs condition and created more water damage inside my home that I am now having to pay out of pocket. This year is the only time I really needed my insurance to pull through and help me during a horrible situation. I paid my bills on time every month and for what? State Farm has been unprofessional, unkind, and absent. I refuse to work with State Farm ever again and have cancelled both home and auto policies. Sadly, they lost a loyal customer. Best believe I have told everyone I know of my experience to warn others of State Farm’s fallacies. State Farm is not a good neighbor and is never there when you truly need them."

"I love this office for State Farm! They always give 5 star customer service and answer all of my questions. I’m never waiting for days to get quotes or get explanations on things I don’t understand. "Kashia was so incredibly helpful and respectful. She listened to what I wanted and put together a home/auto bundled quote for me. After sending the quotes, she pointed out that I may want to consider liability insurance since I had a swimming pool. I appreciated her insight and was given an additional bundle discount for adding liability coverage. I didn't even realize I had a blind spot and now feel so much better that I have the proper level of coverage to protect my assets. Was impressed by her knowledge & great attitude. Also, they had the best deal and saved me over $600 - even AFTER I added the additional liability coverage! Highly recommend."

"Big shout out to Hank Chol. Thanks for revealing how bad State Farm customer service is to me. Not only were me and my wife stranded in the middle of nowhere, not only did Hank personally guarantee we would be paid back the money we had to pay some weirdo so we could make it back to civilization, not only did the entire office have ignorance due to Hank’s under the table dealing and sudden, constant unavailability (3+ weeks out of the office back to back? Good job dodging my phone calls as well) to ensure he would never be held accountable, but apparently they also moved my coverage date to when I cancelled them so I wouldn’t receive any refund from the $300+ they charged us for 16 days of coverage. Like a shady slumlord, State Farm is there to stab you in the back and rummage through your pockets. To all those who say Hank treats you like family, I wonder what kind of family they had growing up. If your family were to try and overcharge you on everything and not do anything to help you when you need them, then yeah, that’s an accurate statement. I’d been with State Farm for going on ten years and all it took was Hank Chol and his incompetent troupe of minions to show me how bad the company is."
